Job description
Dollar General in Harrison, AR, seeks an Area Manager to plan and lead the activities of all stores in the assigned area, with full P&L responsibility and alignment to company objectives. You will supervise store teams, drive annual sales growth, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory and scheduling, and develop talent through recruitment and training. Weekly travel in a company vehicle is required; a valid driver’s license and clean history are required.
