Job description
Dollar General seeks a seasoned retail leader to plan and direct store operations across the Richmond area with full P&L responsibility. You will guide store teams to meet company objectives and drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include optimizing inventory, delivering excellent customer service, and developing talent while ensuring asset protection and compliance with policies. This role requires weekly travel in a company vehicle and a current driver’s license.
