Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Area Manager to lead the operations and compliance of stores within your region. You will guide store managers to deliver a superior customer experience, drive sales growth, and manage performance against KPIs while leveraging back‑office support and proprietary tools.
Candidates should bring multi‑unit retail leadership with P&L responsibility, willingness to travel, and residency in the assigned area.
