Job description
Driveline is seeking a highly motivated Retail Operations Manager to lead a team of 100+ hourly merchandising associates across 200+ retail locations in the Clarksville market. This role involves traveling to store locations, engaging with employees and store personnel, and ensuring quality execution for merchandising initiatives.
You will recruit and train staff, meet client expectations, and drive on-time project execution and financial metrics.
