Job description
Mutual of America Financial Group in Concord, CA is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive group retirement plan sales within an assigned territory. You will develop new business with plan sponsors of 401k/403b programs, manage relationships, and collaborate with the regional team to exceed goals.
The role requires 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience, knowledge of retirement products, strong communication, and FINRA licenses (6,63,SIE) plus a valid driver's license.
