Job description
Mutual of America Financial Group seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead retirement plan sales in a multi-state California territory. You will develop and manage a large territory, prospect new Plan Sponsors, present retirement solutions, and cross-sell products to achieve revenue targets.
The role requires 5+ years of B2B sales, knowledge of 401k/403b plans, and a proven ability to drive outbound calling. A valid driver’s license and FINRA licenses (6, 63, SIE) are required or in process.
