Job description
Mutual of America Financial Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Regional Sales Director for retirement plan sales. The role combines in-person client visits with an emphasis on new group takeover opportunities and cross-selling.
You will manage a large territory, meet plan sponsors of 401k and 403b plans, and work to exceed goals through referrals, networking, and cold outreach. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, a base salary range of $90,000 to $130,000 plus uncapped quarterly
