Job description
Zaddy Solutions is seeking an RN Regional Clinical Director to oversee multiple skilled nursing centers across Connecticut. The role partners with a peer Regional Director and reports to the VP of Clinical Operations, driving standardized care, regulatory compliance, and Five-Star outcomes.
Responsibilities include strategic multi-site oversight, regulatory management for CT/MA, quality audits, leadership mentorship, workforce planning, and 24/7 on-call coverage with regional travel.
