Job description
Maplewood Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Resident Services (RDRS) to oversee Resident Care across five Massachusetts communities, including one skilled nursing site. You will collaborate with Executive Directors and the Resident Services Director to drive regulatory compliance, training, quality assurance, and budget adherence.
You will lead regional nursing HR, develop partnerships, and ensure clinical systems are optimized.
