Job description
YAI - Seeing beyond disability seeks a Supervisor - Registered Nurse to oversee day-to-day nursing services across the Hudson Valley region. You will supervise RNs and LPNs, ensure safe medication practices, and support implementation of person-centered nursing plans.
You will collaborate with regional leadership and interdisciplinary teams to meet regulatory standards and drive quality care for persons supported. Occasional travel to programs is required.
