Job description
ACCO Engineered Systems seeks a Director of Safety to lead regional safety personnel, develop and manage comprehensive safety programs, and ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA, and other regulations. The role focuses on driving cultural change, training, incident investigations, and data-driven performance improvements across multiple sites.
The director will coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Executive leadership, oversee audits, and represent the company in hearings.
