Job description
We are seeking a highly driven and client-focused Account Manager for one of our strategic accounts in Automotive, headquartered near Atlanta, GA.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving account growth, expanding wallet share, identifying new business opportunities, and partnering with delivery teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of IT services, digital transformation, mobility, manufacturing, and enterprise technology services within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage strategic automotive account with full P&L responsibility.
Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client business objectives.
Build trusted advisor relationships with CXOs, business leaders, engineering heads, and procurement stakeholders.
Lead account planning, opportunity qualification, and revenue forecasting.
Collaborate with sales, solutioning, delivery, and recruitment teams to ensure successful execution of client engagements.
Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives across existing accounts.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address risks and escalations.
Negotiate contracts, statements of work (SOWs), pricing, and commercial agreements.
Maintain a strong understanding of automotive industry trends, including electrification, connected vehicles, autonomous driving, software-defined vehicles, and mobility services.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier accounts.
Demonstrated success achieving revenue growth and account expansion targets.
Experience managing multimillion-dollar client portfolios.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
