Job description
Tonix Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a field-based team of Account Managers across the assigned region. You will drive performance, coach talent, and deliver regional plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
Reporting to the Area Sales Director, you will recruit, develop, and supervise the team, coordinate in-field activity with key accounts, maintain product knowledge and compliance, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access.
