Job description
Abbott is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Cardiac Rhythm Management team, based in San Diego/Orange County/Long Beach/Inland Empire, CA. Lead CRM sales across the region, coach managers, and drive strategic initiatives to achieve franchise goals.
The role requires 8+ years in Tachycardia/Bradycardia CRM sales, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and strong leadership; travel up to 50% may be needed; base pay ranges $130,600 to $240,800 annually.
