Job description
Rubrik is seeking a MM Regional Sales Director to lead a team focused on bookings growth across the territory. You will manage a team of MM AEs, develop account strategies, and collaborate with Sales Engineering, Channel Development, and Rubrik Partners to exceed sales objectives.
Based out of Chicago, IL or Austin, TX, you will drive strategy, forecast rigor, and executive-level engagement with customers to win new business and expand existing deals.
