Job description
Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a Regional Director to drive sales and profitability across a defined region. You will lead District Managers, recruit and develop store leadership, and ensure execution of strategic plans while maintaining high merchandising standards.
You will travel up to 50% and partner with executives to meet financial goals, coaching teams to exceed targets and deliver strong customer outcomes across multiple wireless retail locations.
