Job description
Forward is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead Federal Civilian-HHS and DHS sales. You will own the development and execution of territory strategy, qualify leads, build relationships with senior government clients, and manage a 3x revenue target pipeline.
The role requires 7–10 years in Fed Civ sales with a proven quota track record, selling an enterprise software platform with ARR. Remote-friendly in the DC area with travel as needed, offering competitive on-target earnings.
