Job description
Rubrik's MM Regional Sales Director will own bookings growth in the assigned region, leading a team of MM AEs and coordinating with Sales Engineering and Partners to exceed objectives. This role focuses on strategic account planning, partner collaboration, and strong leadership to drive growth.
We seek a proven sales leader with 1-3 years managing small to mid-sized deals, experience in backup/cloud/datacenter domains, and a track record of successful technology sales in fast-paced environments.
