Job description
Compass Group USA is seeking a Director, Regional Sales - Higher Education for the Texas region near a major airport. The role focuses on new business development in higher education markets across TX, NM, AZ, CO, OK, AR and LA, reporting to National VP of Sales and managing travel up to 75%.
You will hunt for opportunities, build strategic relationships, and lead the sales cycle from prospecting to close with base salary plus commissions.
