Job description
GSK is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead regional sales performance and launch excellence in a defined geographic area. This role develops Account Managers, drives demand generation, and ensures compliant achievement of sales targets within hospitals, health systems, and large practice groups.
You will translate national strategy to regional execution, monitor market dynamics, coach teams, and allocate resources to maximize market penetration and product utilization.
