Job description
GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead regional sales performance and launch excellence for designated accounts. You will recruit, coach, and develop Account Managers to deliver strong results in hospitals and large practice groups.
In this role you will translate national strategy to regional execution, monitor market dynamics, and collaborate with marketing, market access, and medical affairs to optimize outcomes and ensure compliant, sustainable growth.
