Job description
Aimbridge Hospitality seeks a Regional Director of Sales to lead sales, catering, and convention services across a portfolio of hotels. You will guide Directors of Sales, drive occupancy and ADR growth, and coordinate with operations to meet revenue and profit goals.
You will oversee budgeting, strategic plans, and training while maintaining strong owner relationships and market leadership across the region. This role requires travel and leadership in a dynamic hospitality environment.
