Job description
Model 1 Commercial Vehicles in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a geographically defined sales region. You will drive sales performance and tactical growth while managing and developing a field team of outside sales professionals.
Reporting to the Regional VP of Sales, you will recruit, motivate, and coach top performers to achieve revenue and profit targets, while collaborating cross-functionally with operations and marketing to optimize market coverage.
