Compensation
Base $60,000 + Uncapped Monthly Commission
About The Opportunity
We are working with a healthcare-focused organization seeking two Regional Sales Directors to drive sales of durable medical equipment across key U.S. territories.
This role focuses on non-clinical medical equipment (e.g., mobility and support products) and is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a high-activity, relationship-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a defined regional sales territory
Develop relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, and procurement teams
Identify and close new business opportunities
Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations
Maintain an active sales pipeline and track activity in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in medical, healthcare, or related sales
Experience selling durable medical equipment (DME) or medical supplies preferred
Familiarity with healthcare procurement processes is a plus
Experience working with VA or government accounts preferred
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
