Job description
Syneos Health is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a high-performing field-based team and drive the launch of a rare disease product. You will recruit, mentor, and develop a team, and partner with hospitals/IDNs to execute comprehensive launch plans and strategic accounts.
Reporting to the National Business Director, you will build cross-functional readiness with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing.
