Job description
Mutual of America Financial Group is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive retirement plan sales across Providence, MA remote and CT/RI regions. You will develop territory, solicit new group takeover plans, and cross-sell other products.
The role reports into the Regional Vice President and requires 5+ years of B2B sales, FINRA licenses, and a strong track record in prospecting, closing deals, and relationship management; a life insurance license is preferred.
