Job description
The Bristal in Englewood, NJ seeks a Director of Community Relations to boost occupancy across assigned communities and to mentor Directors and Coordinators in sales and CRM processes.
You will develop monthly sales plans with the Corporate Director of Sales, set targets, analyze conversions, and coach teams. Travel within the Tri-State area is required to visit communities and execute marketing initiatives to meet occupancy goals.
