Job description
The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking a Director of Community Relations to increase and sustain occupancy across its communities in the Tristate area. You will train and support Directors of Community Relations and Coordinators, manage admissions strategies, and collaborate with Marketing to implement plans.
The role requires five years sales experience in healthcare or retirement living, a business or marketing degree, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel.
