Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

We're looking for a visionary Regional Sales Director to join FinishWorks and lead our sales team to new heights. With a focus on achieving sales and profitability objectives , you'll oversee a talented team of Regional Sales Managers and Technical Sales Representatives, ensuring individual and team success.
Strategize sales and marketing contributions
Manage profitability within the assigned region
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
Provide data-driven insights and feedback
Represent FinishWorks at industry events and networking opportunities
