Position: Regional Sales Director (Voluntary Benefits)

We are an Atlanta-based voluntary benefit company offering an industry-leading employee purchase program for brand-name consumer products, online education services, and travel offerings through convenient payroll deduction, helping employees achieve financial flexibility.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Drive motivation and provide training to brokers regarding the Purchasing Power program, aiming to instill excitement and enthusiasm for our offerings.
Foster new relationships with broker-consultants and engage these connections by attracting new employer clients through broker channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing brokers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Transition activated broker relationships to the Purchasing Power Broker Account Manager once sales are completed.
Pursue new business opportunities with direct employer clients if the opportunity arises.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or 8+ years of sales experience in employee voluntary benefits and/or HR services industry (considered in lieu of degree).
Experience selling employee benefits to medium-large organizations, directly or through insurance brokers.
Background in sales, cold calling, and presenting to new prospects.
Strong strategic, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel 50% to 75%.
