Job description
Xeris Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead a high‑performing sales team in pursuit of commercial objectives.
Reporting to the Area Vice President of Sales, the RBD will help develop and execute strategic plans, hire and coach staff, and drive regionally aligned initiatives across the Dallas–Houston area. The role requires a track record of bioscience leadership, expertise in performance metrics, and the ability to manage a team through coaching and collaboration.
