Job description
Millcraft is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to coach a regional Account Manager team, build strong customer and partner relationships, and drive profitable growth across the Midwest region.
You will develop regional strategies, collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, Credit, and Customer Support, and ensure accountability and continuous improvement across the sales function. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience is required.
