Job description
Boston Scientific is seeking a Regional Manager for Northern California in the Rhythm Solutions division. You will lead a high-performing field team across Watchman, EP, and Access Solutions, driving regional sales strategy and partner engagement with physicians and hospital systems.
You will recruit and coach talent, manage performance, and navigate contract negotiations while ensuring compliance and alignment with national strategy.
