Job description
Emser Tile in Los Angeles seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead and mentor branch-based Outside Sales Representatives, drive revenue, and maximize market penetration in the assigned region.
You will train representatives, develop pricing strategies, build relationships with key Retail/Trade partners, and coordinate with Marketing and Product Planning to meet company objectives. Travel about 50% is required.
