Job description
Tharaldson Hospitality Management is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to lead hotel sales across Colorado, Arizona, Idaho, and Washington. This senior role partners with property-based directors to implement sales strategies that increase market share, revenue and profitability.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in hotel sales, regional leadership experience, a bachelor's degree, and a proven ability to coach teams, build relationships with key accounts, and travel regularly.
