Job description
Stryker is seeking an Orthopaedics Instruments Regional Sales Manager in Dallas to lead and develop a high‑performing sales team. You will plan, direct, and coordinate selling activities, interview and hire talent, and raise the bar on regional performance.
Working with the Director of Sales, you will create plans to maximize opportunities, ensure exceptional service to reps and customers, and push to exceed goals while aligning with Stryker’s mission to improve healthcare.
