The ideal candidate combines a strong luxury retail background with hands-on coaching ability, sound business judgment, and a passion for developing people.

Core Responsibilities

Build productive partnerships with store leadership, personal shoppers, stylists, digital teams, bridal registries, and other elevated service teams.

Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain top talent for full-time, part-time, and temporary field positions.

Conduct regular store visits to assess execution, coach teams in the moment, and identify opportunities to improve performance.

Plan and deliver compelling seasonal retailer presentations and business reviews.

Partner with store teams to plan, pre-sell, and execute client events, activations, and product launches.

Analyze weekly, monthly, and annual retail results; identify sales trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.

Monitor competitive activity, local market dynamics, and retail performance within the luxury beauty and fragrance category.

Collaborate with planning and operations partners to address inventory needs, stock availability, and merchandising priorities.

Ensure all visual merchandising, operational, and brand presentation standards are executed consistently.

Manage travel and expense activity responsibly and submit expenses accurately and on time.

Maintain regular communication with regional leadership regarding business performance, staffing, inventory, and market conditions.

Represent the brand professionally at store meetings, department meetings, training sessions, and regional events.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience in beauty, fragrance, luxury goods, or a comparable premium retail environment.

Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing field or in-store sales teams.

Strong understanding of clienteling, luxury service standards, retail operations, and territory management.

Proven ability to analyze sales performance and turn insights into practical action plans.

Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skilled in relationship building, influencing, and negotiating with retail partners and internal stakeholders.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Self-directed, collaborative, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

Ability to travel throughout Orange County and periodically by air as business needs require.
