About the Role
Are you a technical sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving real-world manufacturing challenges, and turning opportunities into long-term business? We offer equipment solutions that improve the quality of people's lives.
We're looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow an established customer base while developing new business opportunities. In this role, you'll work directly with engineers, plant managers, purchasing teams, and other key decision-makers to understand their needs and recommend equipment solutions that make sense for their operation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing customer accounts while pursuing new business opportunities.
Build relationships with engineers, plant managers, purchasing teams, and other key stakeholders.
Identify customer needs and present appropriate technical equipment solutions.
Develop new accounts and expand opportunities within existing customers.
Coordinate with engineering and operations to support successful customer projects.
Travel to customer sites approximately 25-30%.
Track sales activity, opportunities, and performance metrics.
Requirements
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Comfortable discussing technical applications and working with engineering-focused customers.
7+ years of technical, industrial, or capital equipment sales experience.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
Ability to travel approximately 25-30%.
