Through our nine locations across Texas and Kansas City, MO, we provide a comprehensive array of products, services and integrated systems that help our customers streamline the storage and movement of their goods.JOB SUMMARY:The Regional Sales Manager/Director of Sales will be responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy for material handling solutions, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion. This role involves managing a high-performing sales team, developing key customer relationships, and driving business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales leadership within the material handling sector, a strong understanding of industry trends, and the ability to implement effective sales strategies.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.· Identify new business opportunities and expand the market presence.· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.· Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective engagement.QUALIFICATIONS:Proven experience in sales leadership within the material handling industry.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).Experience managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.5+ years of outside BSB sales experience preferred.Special Skills Needed:Extraordinary leadership skills required.Excellent communications skills, written and oral, required.
