Job description
We are looking for an experienced medical device sales professional with a strong background in OR-based procedural selling to manage and grow an established territory. This opportunity is with a medical device company offering innovative technologies used in hospital and procedural settings. Capital equipment with disposables. Compact territory. Market leader in this space. Opportunity to launch a new product.
Ideal background:
3+ years of medical device sales experience with direct exposure to OR procedures
Proven success growing a territory, developing new business, and expanding existing accounts
Experience working directly with surgeons, physicians, and clinical teams in procedural environments
Strong understanding of hospital purchasing processes, IDNs, and GPOs
Ability to build relationships, drive product adoption, and manage a territory independently
