\ N

With a strong growth trajectory and an expanding North American presence, they are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to own and develop the Northeast US territory.
\ N
TheOpportunity
\ NThis is a hunter-first role for a technically credible sales professional who knows the motion control landscape and is ready to build meaningful relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and value-added resellers. You'll have the backing of a world-class engineering team, a product portfolio that speaks for itself, and real autonomy to shape your territory strategy.
\ NTerritory: Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Canadian provinces east of Quebec.
\ N
What You'll Do
\ N
Drive revenue growth across the territory — targeting 20%+ year-over-year — through a balanced focus on expanding existing accounts and winning new business.
\ N Develop and execute a territory business plan that identifies high-value opportunities, prioritizes prospects, and maps a clear path to sustainable growth.
\ N Own the full sales cycle: qualify leads, develop strategic proposals tailored to each customer's application, deliver compelling technical presentations, and close.
\ N Manage and grow relationships with OEM and VAR accounts, acting as a trusted long-term partner rather than a transactional vendor.
\ N Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline in Salesforce — tracking activity, opportunities, and forecasts so you always know where you stand and where to focus.
\ N Collaborate with the applications engineering team to support pre-sales technical evaluations and ensure customers get solutions that truly fit their needs.
\ N Feed market intelligence back to the business: emerging customer requirements, competitive activity, and application trends that inform product and go-to-market strategy.
\ N Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites — you're the face of the brand in the Northeast.
\ N
What We're Looking For

\ N Bachelor's degreein Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline).
\ N 4+ years of direct sales experience in motion control, servo systems, or closely adjacent automation technology.
\ N Solid working knowledgeof servo drives, motion controllers, and automation system architecture.
\ N A genuine hunter mentality: self-motivated, persistent, and energised by finding and winning new business.
\ N Willingness and abilityto travel approximately 50% of the time across the territory.
\ N
Nice to have:
\ N Experience with Salesforce CRM or equivalent pipeline management tools.
\ N Familiarity with mechatronics, embedded software, or system-level integration in demanding applications (semiconductor, medical, robotics).

\ N
What We Offer
\ N
Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission — strong OTE for top performers.
\ N Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
\ N A genuinely differentiated product portfolio backed by a globally recognised brand — this is a premium sell, not a commodity fight.
\ N Real career developmentopportunities in a company that promotes from within and is growing fast.
\ N A collaborative, engineering-led culture where your voice is heard and market feedback drives product decisions.
