Job description
Capital Equipment Sales | Remote + Territory Travel | $180K+ Earning Potential
Want a territory you can actually make your own?
The TRG Growth Practice is partnered with a global, family-owned manufacturer of industrial equipment to identify a Regional Sales Manager for a newly created Northern California territory.
And when I say brand new, I mean there is a real opportunity to get in on the ground floor, build your market, develop new relationships, and directly benefit from the growth you create!
This is a company that's been around for generations, has an established global presence, and an excellent reputation in its industry, but has continued to be a family-owned organization. You aren't just another number on a giant sales team. Your territory, relationships, ideas, and results matter.
Why Salespeople Are Interested:
$90K-$110K base salary + UNCAPPED commission
$180K+ OTE for a successful rep
Commission on equipment plus additional earning potential from consumables
Company vehicle + fuel
Company-provided cell phone and technology
Home-based position with travel throughout Northern California as customer needs dictate
Strong technical and field-service support behind you
The backing of an established global manufacturer without getting lost in a massive corporate machine
To be considered:
We're looking for someone with capital equipment, machinery, or automation sales experience who knows how to hunt. Experience with food processing equipment, packaging machinery, inspection/detection, marking and coding, weighing, labeling, or related automation would be especially attractive.
If you enjoy opening doors, getting inside manufacturing facilities, figuring out what a customer actually needs, and building a territory instead of simply maintaining one , I want to talk to you.
All conversations are confidential, and your information will never be shared without your approval.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to any legally protected characteristic.
