Reporting to: Director of Sales
Main Purpose: We are seeking a highly driven Regional Sales Manager to own customer relationships, drive new business, and close revenue, while strategically leveraging our authorized distribution partners and manufacturer rep network. In this role, partners extend your reach, but you are accountable for pipeline generation, deal progression, and winning the business.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle with customers in the region, from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close.
Use distributor and rep partners to identify new opportunities, support technical engagement, and expand account penetration.
Lead joint customer-facing activities including visits, demos, roadmap discussions, and technical workshops to advance deals.
Actively build, manage, and forecast pipeline, ensuring accuracy, momentum, and strong conversion.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with distributors and rep partners to align revenue targets, product focus areas, and go-to-market plans.
Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary training, messaging, pricing guidance, and collateral to effectively represent Taoglas.
Maintain disciplined CRM reporting to provide clear visibility into opportunities and revenue performance.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering to support customer requirements and commercial execution.

A healthy, growing pipeline that converts to closed-won business.
Distributor and rep networks that actively source, influence, and accelerate opportunities.
Strong customer relationships leading to repeat business and account expansion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
Strong financial acumen, including prior forecasting experience.
Experience managing international business development and sales.
Demonstrated ability in managing complex financial commercial

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM TO 5:00 PM.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel:
At least 50% of domestic and global travel is anticipated for this position. Some occasional local day travel may be necessary.
