Job description
NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a proven leader to manage daily operations of utility-scale PV and storage sites. You will supervise field technicians and contractors, drive preventative and corrective maintenance, and collaborate with EPC partners to safely bring sites to substantial completion.
The role requires hands-on PV maintenance experience, SCADA/DAS/UPS operation, and a strong understanding of electrical safety standards. Expect field and office work with travel as needed.
