Job description
Riser Fitness is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations for multiple Club Pilates studios within a defined region. You’ll mentor General Managers, drive membership growth, manage retail and private training revenue, and implement strategies to reduce attrition.
You will hire, train, and lead staff across locations, coordinate scheduling, analyze performance with ClubReady, and uphold company standards for service, cleanliness, and appearance in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
