Job description
Barry’s is seeking a Talent Development Lead (TDL) to guide regional instructor programming, coach performance, and build a strong talent pipeline. You will lead development, engagement, and brand-aligned WOW experiences across studios in your region, with a focus on growth and culture.
You will manage recruiting, training, and ongoing performance reviews, ensuring top-tier talent and consistent class quality. A full-time, on-site role with Brentwood proximity.
