Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Trauma to lead DePuy Synthes sales efforts across Albany, Poughkeepsie, White Plains, and Springfield MA. The role drives regional strategies, customer relationships, and overall growth while ensuring patient care and compliance.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in business/leadership with at least 2 years in management, and strong communication, strategic planning, and team development skills. Travel is required.
