Boston Scientific seeks a Regional Business Director, Urology to lead regional commercial strategy, execution, and talent development for a subset of the Urology portfolio. You will translate area priorities into actionable regional plans, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales organization with cross-functional collaboration.
