Job description
COVE Animal Health in the MA/RI region is seeking a Group President to lead three hospitals, shape culture, mentor doctors, and drive regional growth. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on ER/Urgent Care coverage when needed, and you will guide expansion and hospital improvements toward 24/7 coverage.
The successful candidate will have a DVM or VMD, emergency/urgent care leadership experience, and a people-first approach, with a track record of recruiting and retaining clinicians
