Job description
Western Veterinary Partners seeks a Clinical Development Veterinarian (Mentorship Veterinarian) based in Ventura, CA, to mentor and lead veterinarians across Ventura County and surrounding hospitals while maintaining a clinical caseload.
This hybrid role combines hands-on medicine with leadership, program development, and regional travel to support mentorship initiatives and the WVP Launch Mentorship Program.
